Madison

Madi came into my room on Monday morning January 14 and said her stomach hurt and she didn't feel good and asked to stay home. I said yes and I went to work and school. It his happened all week then on Friday I thought well we need to take her in so I brought her to the insta care and she was seen by a dr that looked at her literally 2min. And said that she just has the flu that is going around, he gave her a anti nausea medication and sent us on our way. When we got home dad gave her a blessing and she went to bed. On Saturday she had a fever something that she had not had all week, she just was pail and flushed up until this point. A I gave her Tylenol we got her something for her stomach we thought that she might be having gas pains because the she pointed really low for her pain. Well she got through Saturday and Sunday, then Monday came and she walked into my room I tears as we said prayer she them went into her room and laid down in tears. As I was look at her a thought, promoting, the spirit no matter how you say it I heard a voice said "if you don't do something she will die" how can I ignore that as I went into Dom and asked him if we should take her to the ER and he had hesitation because of the instacare. But them i thought look up appendix on my Ipad and she had most of the symptoms but the exact location of pain. So we took her in as the nurses and dr assessed her i had suggested that it might be her appendix they said that it is most likely that that would not be the problem because it has been 9 days but he "homered" me and took blood and a pee sample and a cat scan of her stomach. When the ER Dr. Came back he said you know how I said that it was unlikely that it was her appendix well not only is it her appendix it was erupted. Wow, so they talked with the dr in Provo and they sent us to them. Dominique called the bishop and asked him to come and give her a blessing he was already in Orem so he met us here as soon as. Got here Bishop Clark and Dominique gave her a blessing. Dr. Downey came in and talked with us and said we need to do this ASAP so once he had said that she was in surgery in about 40 min. or so. The appendix was down in her pelvic area and the infection was call over her womanly parts. They put in a stint to drain the infection. And she is on heavy antibiotics to help fight it. I have felt so bad I don't know what to do, I wish I could help her up to this point of my life I have never been so scared and helpless in my life. I wish I could take this pain away from her. It is know Friday and we thought that she might be able to go home tonight but she just wasn't quit ready for that. I wish I had it in me to continue writing but I don,t
